Meeting April 26, 2018

Members made very generous donations of personal care items, which are share among the Women’s Interval Home and the three Food Banks we help to support.

Goodwill Convener Kathy Klompstra and a team of volunteers delivered a “Spring Thing” item to those over 90 and Life Members.  In other years this has been an Easter plant, often a lily.

A former teacher, marathoner and author delivered an inspiring message.  Wes Harding brought copies of his book “Destined to Run” to sell, and he returned part of the proceeds as a donation .

Wes Harding is shown in a photo with his Grade One teacher June Maginn at our meeting. Check the Gallery tab.
