“Four Points” still has rooms available. Try there first. If the room format you want is not available, the staff at the front desk can help you to book at TownePlace Suites, also a Marriott Hotel on Exeter Rd., about a five-minute drive from Four Points. Two bedded rooms at $129.00. A group of rooms has been set aside for us.

NOTE: The two hotels closest to our main venue – Comfort Inn is no longer available and Quality Inn is expecting renovations to start in the Spring. Sudden glitches are the name of the game these days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Also, if you have reserved rooms that you no longer require, please cancel with the hotel as soon as convenient. They will return them to our block.

• For those members arriving on Monday, the 6th and/or leaving on Friday the 10th, room rates are the same – $135.00/night: extended 2 days pre and post event subject to availability.
•  Tax on rooms is 4% MAT plus 13% HST.
•  Guaranteed check-in after 3PM. Checkout time is prior to noon.
•  Cancellations accepted 48 hours prior to arrival. A one night room charge will apply otherwise.
