This summer, the ladies of the Owen Sound and Area Branch will be getting together on July 23 at the Seasons Retirement Home in Owen Sound to have a picnic lunch. Seasons will be providing the lunch on their upstairs patio. On September 3 we will be heading to the village of Walters Fall to have a buffet breakfast at the inn over looking the falls. We will be celebrating retirement by not answering the call of the bell! Cody Lyons, of the Chatsworth detachment of the OPP, is scheduled to speak at our September General meeting. It is to be a timely and informative talk aimed at making seniors aware of scams in our area and how to help with strategies to help us from falling for scams and how to protects ourselves and our money.
