At our April 27th Luncheon Meeting, we were excited to have
two Guest Speakers.
Our Provincial President, Judy Drummond, brought Greetings
from Provincial and gave us an update on her activities
during her presidential year.
Our second guest was Author Bonnie Sitter who recounted
stories on a “Teaching Car” in Northern Ontario. Her
research included a lot of information about the Wright
Family who were instrumental in bringing train cars to
Northern Ontario where children would attend classes which
allowed more children in the north to receive an education.
