The Belleville Spring Luncheon was held on April 18,2023 at Westminster United Church in Quinte West. After a brief business meeting, draws and door prizes were held. Elaner Pound and Wendy Bryson presented Judy Mewett with the 2023 Cora Bailey award.
After the business meeting, we were treated to a delicious lunch of fresh rolls and butter, Caesar salad, various casseroles and a variety of cheesecakes made by the ladies of the church under the supervision of Elizabeth Sills, our branch treasurer. The tables were beautifully decorated and each member was given a bookmark to take home.
The guest speaker was Rhonda LaFosse – “Walking the Camino Trail”-Spain. Her slide presentation and talk was thrilling. Such a great achievement by Rhonda and the special members of her group.
