Holy Crêpe! A Cooking and Tasting Workshop

Can you image, 12 women in the kitchen, all at the same time, all making crêpes …. and what a fun time it was! Under the leadership of Chef Randy Novak, three types of crêpes were made. There was a seafood, a chicken-mushroom, and a crêpe Suzette. The participants learned of Randy’s first crêpe making experience and how he has improved with practice. However, the best part of the day was getting to taste the fruits of our labour. Perhaps this will transform into a regular cooking club.
