Louise Marie Anita Boyde (née Lajeunesse)
Born October 6th, 1949, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026.

Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Patrick Boyde. Daughter of the late Ovila and Florence (née Bondy) Lajeunesse. Cherished sister of Suzanne (Bob) Cayea. Adored aunt of Renée Louise (David) McKinley and Gregory (Jennifer) Cayea, and great-aunt of Adam and Katherine Louise McKinley and Benjamin and Maxwell Cayea.

Louise taught at St. Angela for 32 years. She was a woman of strong faith and very involved in her church in many ministries, including as a reader, eucharistic minister, and the Catholic Women’s League, as well as an active member with the RWTO. Louise loved travel, golf, theatre, reading, playing cards, and spending time with the ‘grandkids’.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor & Essex and Hospice of Windsor & Essex County.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with parish prayers at 7 pm at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor (519-969-5841). On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, family and friends are invited to meet at Our Lady of Atonement Church, 2940 Forest Glade Dr., Windsor, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. Interment Heavenly Rest to follow.
