On October 11th 2023 , twenty four members and friends attended the October get-together luncheon meeting at the Seniors’ Ukrainian Centre on Notre -Dame Avenue, in Sudbury, Ontario. Following a traditional meal, a guest speaker, Honeycake Medovyk, informed the ladies about Ukrainian music, customs, art, religion and politics. The NEED to support immigrants coming into Canada was well expressed. A generous donation from the members was greatly appreciated.
