Upper Canada East had a delightful Fall luncheon at the Allan Hall, Lakeshore United Church in Morrisburg on Sept. 21st. Over 45 attended that day to partake in a delicious ham and scalloped potato dinner with all the trimmings prepared by the members of the congregation. A book exchange, birthday celebrations, a Quarter Frenzy, some humour, and a special gift sharing were some of the events that took place during our time together. The fun, laughter, and camaraderie were evident as well as the generous participation in raising funds for the many charities that we support in our communities.
