May Annual General Meeting and Luncheon

What a great time we had at our recent luncheon! There was lots of time to socialize, the lunch was lovely, and much business was accomplished, including our In Memoriam service, the passing of our annual report and installation of this year’s Executive.
Our luncheon speaker was Niagara’s Sharon Frayne, a retired principal, artist and author. Sharon gave an inspiring talk about setting goals for life after retirement. We particularly enjoyed hearing about her adventures writing for 72 hours straight as part of the Muskoka Novel Marathon!
Members are reminded that our next luncheon will be Wed., September 25, at St. John’s Ukrainian Activity Center. Check the website or the next Newsletter for more information. See you there!
